Ork3D and Hello Bubba 3D: one 3D printing business, two online brands

The challenge
A 3D printing business in Buenos Aires had two very different audiences: tournament organisers, clubs and companies looking for trophies, medals and corporate gifts, and families looking for toys. Everything came in through scattered messages, with no place to show the products or explain how a custom order works.
The solution
We split the offering into two brands, each with its own website, tone and catalogue:
- Ork3D: 3D awards and objects for tournaments, companies and events. Catalogue by award type (champion, MVP, top scorer, recognition), an explanation of the design process and a button to request a quote on WhatsApp.
- Hello Bubba 3D: 3D-printed toys, made to order. Catalogue, colour customisation and a 4-step ordering flow that ends on WhatsApp.
- Orders that arrive organised: every button opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message, so the enquiry arrives with the product and intent clear.
- Local positioning for searches in Buenos Aires, and infrastructure on AWS (S3, CloudFront and Amplify) that is fast and low-cost.
The result
The business went from relying on scattered messages to having two professional storefronts, one for companies and tournaments and one for families, that explain the product and turn a visit into a concrete WhatsApp enquiry.
The natural next step is adding an AI assistant on WhatsApp that answers prices, production times and customisation around the clock. See how it works.
